On your home screen
Put the game on your phone's home screen and it opens like an app: full screen, with its own icon, and it keeps working without signal. It takes a minute and needs no app store.
Do it from the game page, not this one, so the icon opens the game. Use wifi the first time: once the game is open, it quietly downloads the rest of itself (about 22 MB) so every country works offline.
Android, in Chrome
- Open the game with the Open the game button above.
- Tap the menu, the three dots ⋮ at the top right.
- Tap Add to home screen. On some phones it says Install app.
- Tap Install (or Add) to confirm.
- The Kickstart Your Heart icon, a scooter in front of a red heart, appears on your home screen. Open the game from there.
Samsung phones, in Samsung Internet
- Open the game with the Open the game button above.
- Tap the menu, the three lines ☰ at the bottom right.
- Tap Add page to, then Home screen.
- Tap Add to confirm.

iPhone and iPad, in Safari
- Open the game with the Open the game button above, in Safari.
- Tap the Share button ⬆, the square with an arrow pointing up: at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone, at the top on an iPad.
- Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top right.
- Open the game from the new icon. On an iPhone this is the only way to play full screen.
On recent iPhones, Chrome and other browsers show Add to Home Screen in their Share menu too.
Good to know
- Your progress lives on the phone, in the browser that installed the game. If you clear that browser's data, it goes too; joining the leaderboard lets you bring your patches back with your code.
- Offline, everything plays except the leaderboard, which catches up the next time you are online.
- Updates arrive by themselves: open the game with signal now and then, and the new version shows the time after.
- To remove it, press and hold the icon and choose Remove or Uninstall, as for any app.
